Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. 

1. Product Exchange

  • We offer product exchanges within 4 days of delivery.

  • A nominal courier fee of ₹200 will be charged and borne by the customer for all exchange requests.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.

  • You can place a return request via our integrated Exchange & Returns Panel. 
  • In case of exchange, new product value must be equal or more than the exchanged product.

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Please submit a request at contact@cilvrstudio.com within 4 days of purchase.

2. Returns & Store Credit

  • We accept returns on all products except bodysuits (due to hygiene reasons), accessories & made-to-order items.

  • Upon return approval, the amount will be converted into STORE CREDIT, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Currently, we do not offer refunds to bank accounts or other digital payment modes.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at contact@cilvrstudio.com within the eligible period.

  • You can also place a return request via our integrated Exchange & Returns Panel. 

 

SALE ITEMS

All the sale, discounted, bought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non- returnable, non-refundable & size exchange is not possible.

DAMAGE PRODUCTS

If you have received a damage or wrong product, please WhatsApp us immediately on +91 9999338953. You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our New Delhi distribution center. Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns to be processed.

Please note that ₹200 reverse shipment charges are applicable.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All Custom Orders are made on request, which are not eligible for returns, exchange or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The purchase of the following items are final sale, no exceptions:

  • BODY SUITS
  • ACCESSORIES
  • MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

CANCELLATION OF ORDER 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please WhatsApp on +91- 9105491044 or email us at contact@cilvrstudio.com to request a cancellation with your Order Number. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund.

Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear on your bank statement. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
